National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL) New Delhi invites Online Applications for filling up the following vacancies of Research Assistant and Lower Division Clerk (LDC). THe last date for submission of applications is 27th December 2015.

Educational Qualifications:
Research Assistant ->
(1) Master's degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Must have taken Urdu as an optional subject at the graduation level for 3 years/2 years degree course in the case of M.A. or must have taken Urdu as a second language up to 2 years or 3 years degree in case of M.A./M.Sc/M.com or must have taken Urdu at High School/Higher Secondary School Level in case of M.Sc/M.Com where offering Urdu as second language at degree level is not provided.
(3) 3 years experience of teaching or terminological and/or translation/editing work in Urdu/ Library Science/ Distance Education.
LDC ->
(1) Matriculation or equivalent.
(2) On Manual Typewriter 30 w.p.m or on computer 35 w.p.m in English.
(3) Desirable - Urdu/Hindi typing "On manual type writer 30 w.p.m. or on computer 35 w.p.m. in English. Working knowledge of Urdu/Hindi. Knowledge of computer Operation.
Application Fee: ₹ 75/- for SC / ST; ₹ 150/- for General and OBC; No fee for PWD and Female Candidates. The fee in favour of "Director, NCPUL New Delhi" drawn on any scheduled bank payable at New Delhi has to be submitted along with the System Generated hard copy of application.
