Pondicherry University, School of Physical, Chemical & Applied Sciences, under Department of Earth Sciences invites application for a temporary position of JRF/Project Fellow in an IUAC funded project title “¹⁰Be and ²⁶Al measurements on samples of Ladakh to estimate uplift rates in the trans- Himalayan region”.

Name of the Post	No of Post	Fellowship	Qualifications
JRF/ Project Fellow	01	Rs.14, 000 p.m. + HRA (Rs. 16,000 p.m. for NET qualified) for 1st  two Years.	Essential: M.Sc in Geology/ Applied Geology/ Geophysics/Physics with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Desirable: Experience in mineral separation, Be and Al separation from minerals and exposure to Accelerator Mass Spectrometer.
