HP Judicial Service Examination 2012 Civil Judge (12 Posts)

HPUHimachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) invites application from the eligible and desirous citizens of India, for admission to the H.P. Judicial Service Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2012, based on Multiple Choice Questions  (100% objective type), to be conducted at  Shimla  and Dharamsala  in Kangra District (if adequate Nos. of candidates opt for  Dharamsala centre), followed by main written examination and viva  voce, for appointment to Civil Judge, (Junior Division).

Qualification: As on  first of March, 2012, a candidate must be a holder of degree in Law as recognized by the Bar Council of India. Desirable: The knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the State of Himachal Pradesh.

Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay a  fee of Rs.250/- for General Category and Rs.63/-  for S.C. / S.T. / OBC of H.P. by cash at any branch of  Punjab National Bank, through a e-challan generated through official website.

How To Apply: Candidates are required to apply online http://www.hp.gov.in/hppsc/ . After filling-up the Application form, download computer generated application, take the print on A-4 size paper and  dispatch  along with documents  to “Controller of Examination, Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Nigam Vihar, Shimla  -171002”.  The candidates should also write the name of examination viz.  ”Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services Examination, 2012" on the envelope before dispatching it to “Controller of Examination, Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Nigam Vihar, Shimla  - 171002”. The last date for receipt of application is 1st March 2012.
