SAIL Kolkata Jobs 2012 Junior Assistant and Translator

SAIL, a Maharatna Company, is the leading steel-making company in India. SAIL Central Marketing Organisation (CMO) invites applications from interested and eligible candidates for filling up the following posts in various locations of CMO.

Junior Assistant (Trainee)

During the first year, stipend of Rs. 8250 per month. In the second year, the stipend  will be Rs. 9350 per month. After 2 years, pay scale S-3 grade / Rs. 9160 – 3%  - 13150 with a
minimum basic pay of Rs. 9,160/-

Graduation (full time  degree course) in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks (45% for SC / ST / PWD Candidates)

Translator (Hindi / English)

S3 / Rs. 9160 – 3% - 13150 with a minimum basic pay of Rs. 9,160/-

Masters Degree in Hindi or English with 60% marks with English or Hindi
respectively. One year Diploma / certificate
course  in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa.

Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 28 years as on 01.09.2011.

Application Fee: Rs. 250/- for General / OBC candidates and Rs. 50/- for SC / ST / PWD Candidates. Please note that an amount of  Rs. 20/- will need to be paid by the candidate as Bank Charges to the collection branch of SBI in addition to the applicable fee. Payment is to be made in CASH only.
