West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited Recruitment 2011 Managers and Officer

The West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited (WBPDCL), a wholly owned Government of West Bengal Enterprise, engaged in the business of Generation of Electricity in the State of West Bengal with employee strength of around 5000 and annual turn over in the region of Rs.5,800 crores, invites applications from Indian Nationals for filling up the post of Managers, Security Officer, Medical Officer and Officer-on-Special Duty.

2.	Assistant Manager (HR&A)	05	33 years	Rs.15,600 – Rs.39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/-	Graduate in any discipline with MBA (Specialization in HR only) / P. G Degree/ Diploma (2 years full time course in Personnel Management & IR) / MSW from any recognized University or reputed Institute approved by AICTE / IIMs / XLRI / IISWBM. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
3.	Assistant Manager (Legal)	01	33 years	Rs.15,600 – Rs.39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/-	5 years integrated degree in Law / Graduate with LLB from any recognized University or reputed Institute approved by AICTE.
4.	Security Officer	03	40 years	Rs.15,600 – Rs.39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/-	Graduate in any discipline with at least 5 (five) years service in Defence/ Para Military Service/ Short Service Commission not below the rank of Captain / Dy. Commandant.
5.	Medical Officer	06	37 years	Rs.15,600 – Rs.39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/-	MBBS from any Institute of repute recognized by Medical Council of India. Candidate must have completed 1 (one) year internship.
6.	Officer-on-Special Duty (Land)	01	62 years	Consolidated Remuneration of Rs.25,000/- (all inclusive) PM	Graduate in any discipline. Degree in Law will be preferred.
