How To Apply: Application in the prescribed form available on website may be submitted online through ESIC, R.O., Baddi website www.esichp.in & then a print of the filled in form may be taken and signed and then sent along with D.D. towards payment of fee and attested photographs (2 copies), copy of all certificates and testimonials (Copies of certificates and testimonials are required to be submitted at this stage
for the post of M.T.S. only) in an envelope superscribed as “Application for the post of “Upper Division Clerk” or Application for the post of “Multi tasking staff” as the case may be, at the following address:-
