i) Ten Plus Two with Science or its equivalent recognised University/Board.

ii) Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy and its equivalent from recognised University or an
Institutions duly recognised by Central/ State Govt. Must be registered with HP Pharmacy concerned council of the State/ Central Govt.

Last date receipt of application: 19.11.2011 for Non Tribal and 25.11.2011 Tribal Area.
