Graduate in Law of a recognized University or an Institution, recognized by the Government. At least seven years of practice as an advocate on  1st August, 2011.

Application Fee: Rs.250/- Bank Draft in favour of the Registrar (Administration), Orissa High Court, Cuttack payable at SBI, Cuttack (Main Branch).

The Last date for receipt of application is 24th September 2011.
