1. Graduate from a recognized university.
2. A Chartered Accountant as defined in the Chartered Accounts Act 1949 (Central Act of 38 of 1949). ight years experience in Accounts/Audit in State/Central Government or Quasi-governmental Institutions of which at least three years in supervisory capacity.
