ASRB NET, ARS, SMS (T-6) and STO (T-6) Examination 2023 Notification: The Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) will hold a combined examination for NET-2023, Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) (T-6) and Senior Technical Officer (STO) (T-6) Examination-2023, the exam scheduled to be held on 26th April to 30th April 2023. The last date for registration of online applications is 10th April 2023.

National Eligibility Test (NET) is a qualifying examination for determining eligibility for the position of Lecturer/Assistant Professor in the State Agricultural Universities (SAUs) and other Agricultural Universities (AUs). Candidates clearing the National Eligibility Test will be eligible to apply for the post of Lecturers or Assistant Professors in the SAUs/AUs. The ASRB NET exam 2023 is also used for Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) and Senior Technical Officer (STO) positions.

✅ Age Limit:
✔️ For NET: Minimum 21 years, No upper age limit. (As on 01/01/2023)
✔️ For SMS: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 35 years as on 10/04/2023.
✔️ For STO: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 35 years as on 10/04/2023.
✅ Pay Scale: T-6 Pay Scale.
✅ Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent in the respective Discipline and specialization completed on or before 30.09.2023from any Indian University recognized by Government of India.

✔️ Interview.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ For Un-Reserved (General): ₹ 1000/- for NET, ₹ 500/- for SMS and STO posts.
✔️ For EWS / OBC: ₹ 500/- for all posts.
✔️ For SC / ST / Women / PwBD: ₹ 250/- for NET, No fee for SMS and STO posts.
✔️ The fee should be made through online payment mode (Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI payment).
✅ How to Apply:
➢ Eligible candidates must apply online through ASRB official website (asrb.org.in).
➢ The candidates must enter basic details, educational qualification, Centre opted for Combined NET-2023, SMS (T-6) and STO Exam 2023.
➢ The candidates must upload scanned copy of recent passport size photograph, Signature and other required documents.
➢ The last date for registration of online applications is 10/04/2023 up to 5:00 PM.
