MSTC Recruitment 2023 Age Limit:
✔️ Management Trainee (MT): Below 28 years
✔️ Assistant Manager (AM): Below 30 years
MSTC Recruitment 2023 Salary:
✔️ Management Trainee (MT): E-1: ₹ 50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000 (C.T.C 14.32 lacs p.a.)
✔️ Assistant Manager (AM): E-1: ₹ 50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000 (C.T.C 15.16 lacs p.a.)
MSTC Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Management Trainee (Operations): Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/ Law/ Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks.
✔️ Management Trainee (Hindi): Master’s degree or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level. OR Masters degree or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as subject at degree level. OR Masters degree of a recognized university or equivalent in any subject with English medium & Hindi as a subject at degree. One year Diploma/certificate course in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa from an institute recognized by Govt. of India is desirable.
✔️ Management Trainee (P&A): Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/Law/Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks preferably with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in HR/ IR/ PM.
✔️ Management Trainee (Law): Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Law with minimum 60% marks
✔️ Management Trainee (F&A): Associate Member of the Institute of CA/CWA of India
✔️ Assistant Manager (System): BE/ B.Tech. Engineering Graduate in Electronics/ IT/ Computer Science OR MCA. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
