✅ EdCIL Teacher Trainer Salary / Remuneration:
- ₹ 1,25,000/-per month from the date of joining. Remuneration shall be paid in Indian currency only.
✅ EdCIL Teacher Trainer Age Limit:
- Maximum 65 years as on 5th March 2024.
✅ EdCIL Teacher Trainer Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Master’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
- A Bachelor’s of Education (B. Ed.) Degree from a recognized university is desirable.
- Proficiency in teaching in Tamil & English is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of full-time relevant teaching experience is mandatory for 10th (TGT) and 12th (PGT) levels.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in providing training to teachers, covering subject matter, curriculum, pedagogy, instructional strategies, and classroom management, is desirable.

✅ EdCIL STEM Teacher Salary:
The STEM Teachers shall be paid a consolidated gross remuneration of ₹ 1,40,000/- per month from the date of joining.
✅ EdCIL STEM Teacher Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
(1) Master’s Degree in the relevant field from a recognized university with at least 60% marks.
(2) A Bachelor’s of Education (B. Ed.) Degree from a recognized university is mandatory for teachers applying for the posts of PGT Mathematics, PGT Chemistry, and PGT Physics.
(3) A Bachelor’s of Education (B. Ed.) Degree from a recognized university is preferable (though not mandatory) for the post of PGT Computer Science/ICT.
(4) Proficiency in teaching in the English Language.
(5) PGT teachers must have 5 years of work experience in teaching the relevant subject in 11th and 12th Grades.
(6) High proficiency in the use of technology for education.
✔️ Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as on 16/01/2024.

Candidates who have applied for EdCIL Recruitment 2023 as Consultants will be invited to participate in a test of writing skills, a presentation (PPT), or an interview.
