UPSC IES ISS Notification 2024 for 48 Vacancies Apply online through UPSC Online application portal upsconline.nic.in: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites online applications from eligible Indian Citizens (Male / Female / Transgender) for recruitment examination of Indian Economic Service (IES) / Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Examination 2024. A combined competitive examination for recruitment to Junior Time Scale of the Services will be held by the UPSC commencing from 21st June 2024 in accordance with the Rules published by the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation in the Gazette of India dated the 10th April 2024. ✅UPSC IES/ISS Age Limit:
✔️ 21 to 30 Years as on 1st August, 2024.
✔️ i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1994 and not later than 1st August, 2003.
✔️ The upper age relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC, Up to 03 years for Defence Service Personnel, 05 years for Ex-servicemen and 10 years for PwD.
✅ UPSC IES/ISS Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Indian Economic Service (IES): Post-Graduate Degree in Economics/ Applied Economics/ Business Economics/ Econometrics from a University incorporated by of an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutes established by an Act Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time.
✔️ Indian Statistical Service (ISS): Bachelor's Degree with Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Applied Statistics as one of the subject or a Master's degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Applied Statistics from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutes established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time.

✅ UPSC IES/ISS Application Fee:
The fee should be made through either by depositing the money in any Branch of State Bank of India (SBI) by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI or by using Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card.
✔️ ₹ 200/- for General and OBC category candidates.
✔️ No fee for SC / ST / PH candidates.
✔️ No fee for all female candidates

➢ For Applying UPSC IES ISS Exam 2024, the eligible candidates are advised to Apply Online through UPSC Online Portal (www.upsconline.nic.in).
➢ Thee applicant to register himself/ herself first at One Time Registration (OTR) platform.
➢ The applicants are required to enter basic details, qualification details and upload relevant documents.
➢ The closing date for Online Applications is 30/04/2024 (Tuesday) up to 6:00 PM.
