Pay Scales:

✔️ Director (NMM): Rs. 1,31,100 - 2,16,600/- (Level 13A)
✔️ Controller (Media Centre): Rs. 78,800 - 2,09,200 (Level 12)
✔️ Editor: Rs. 67,700 - 2,08,700 (Level 11)
✔️ Research Officer: Rs. 47,600 - 1,51,100 (Level 8)
✔️ Assistant Archivist: Rs.  35,400 - 1,12,400 (Level 6)

Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Director (NMM): Masters Degree in Sanskrit / Pali / Prakrit / Arabic/Persian / Indian Languages (Classical & Modern). Doctorate Degree.

✔️ Controller (Media Centre): Master’s Degree in Arts, Humanities or Languages/Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Media. Knowledge & experience of archival science/ production/ documentation/ Social Media/ Digital Technology/ Outreach. Minimum 10 years experience.

✔️ Editor: Master’s Degree in Arts, Humanities or Languages (preferably in English) with at least 5 years of editorial experience

✔️ Research Officer: Post  Graduate  Degree  with  minimum  55%  marks  or  equivalent  CGPA  in the  Social/Cultural Anthropology subject. Ph.D in any above mentioned subject. Minimum 05 years experience.

✔️ Assistant Archivist: Master’s Degree  in  Art  History/  /Museology/Conservation with  at  least  55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
