Educational Qualifications:
Khand Vipanan Adikari -> Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline.
District Marketing Manager -> MBA / MSW / Post Graduate M.Sc in Agriculture Discipline.
Sahayak Khand Vipanan Adikari and Kendra Prabhari -> Matriculation with 12th Class Pass (Intermediate Exam)
Computer Operator -> Intermediate (10+2) Pass with Diploma certificate in Computer Applications.
Selection Process: Written Examination and followed by Personal Interview. Candidates who qualify based on the minimum cut-off marks decided by the company, would be called for interview. Proficiency in computers is preferable.
Examination paper pattern -> The written examination will consist of 120 marks and interview of 80 marks. The written examination paper will consist of following categories (No Negative Marking):- General Studies - 25 marks, Reasoning - 25 marks, Mathematics - 25 marks (10th standard), English - 25 marks, Hindi - 20 marks.
Application Fee: Rs.550/- for General and OBC Candidates; Rs.400/- for SC/ST Category Candidates. The fee in the form of Demand Draft (DD) should be in favour of PRA KRISHI VIPRAN VIKASH LTD, payable at Lucknow. No fee for physically challenged candidates.
