Essential Qualifications:
(i) MBBS Degree recognized by MCI (OR) 1st class M.Sc. in Pharmacology / MS (Pharma) in Pharmacology and Toxicology/ M.Pharma (Pharmacology) or equivalent degree from a recognized University. (OR) 2nd Class M.Sc. in Pharmacology/ 2nd Class MS (Pharma) in Pharmacology and Toxicology/ 2nd Class M.Pharma (Pharmacology) + Ph. D. Degree in the above subjects from a recognized University.
(ii) Eight years R&D experience in relevant area in recognized institute(s) after obtaining essential qualification (i) out of which at least 2 years in a managerial position to handle R&D projects in a team effectively in a directing capacity.
Desirable Qualification:
(i) Doctorate Degree in the above mentioned subjects / MD in Pharmacology from a recognized University for candidates with first class relevant degree.
(ii) Additional Post doctoral research/ teaching experience in herbal medicine, experimental pharmacology, drug safety, clinical trials from recognized institute(s).
(iii) Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools / Data Management and instrumentation.

Educational Qualifications:
Stenographer ->
Essential - Matriculation or its equivalent examination Certificate from Govt. recognised board with 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in English/ Hindi typing.
Desirable - Graduate Degree/Diploma in computer application. Two years Experience.
LDC ->
Essential - 12th Passed or Equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. A typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. Hindi on Manual Typewriter OR A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer (35w.p.m. & 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
Desirable - Graduate Degree/Diploma in computer application One year Experience in relevant field.
Driver ->
Essential - Matric/S.S.C or equivalent from a recognized board. Valid driving license issued by RTO of any State and authorized to drive LMV (Goods and passenger) and Two wheeler with /without gear. 2 years experience in recognized organization/institute.
Desirable - License to drive Heavy Motor Vehicle and Three Wheeler in addition to essential. Capable of handling minor repairs.
MTS ->
Essential - Matric/ High School or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Desirable - HSC in Science Working experience in Scientific/ Research Institutions will be preferred.
