About: DSP is one of the modernised integrated steel plants of SAIL, employing a motivated workforce of around 12000 employees, is producer of Wheel & Axle for Railways, Structural for construction and semis in the form of Blooms and Billets. Essential Qualification and Experience (as on 01.11.2013):
Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) - Matriculation and 3 years full time Diploma in relevant discipline of Engineering (Metallurgy / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics / Chemical) from Govt. recognized Institute.
Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee) - Matriculation and ITI (full time) in relevant trades (Fitter / Electrician / Welder / Plumbing) from Govt. recognized Institute.
Medical Service Provider (Trainee) - 10+2 (Science) / Higher Secondary (Science) with full time Bachelor Degree in Paramedical Technology in required discipline or with minimum 2 years full time Diploma in relevant discipline from Govt. recognized Institute. At least 1 year post qualification experience in a Hospital or Nursing home.
Medical Service Provider (Trainee) – Nursing - 10+2 (Science) / Higher Secondary (Science) with full time Bachelor Degree in Nursing or with minimum 3 years full time Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from Govt. recognized Institute; with valid registration with Nursing council of India / State Nursing Council.At least 1 year post qualification experience in a Hospital or Nursing home.
Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler Operation) - Matriculation and Three years full time Diploma in Engineering from Govt. recognized Institute with either First Class or Second Class certificate of Boiler Competency.
Attendant-cum-Technician (Cable Jointing) - Matriculation with full time ITI (Electrical) from Govt. recognized Institute with cable jointing license from State Licensing Board for cables upto 33 KV or equivalent. At least 2 years post qualification experience in cable jointing.
Age Relaxation: Relaxable by 5 years, 5 years & 3 years for candidates belonging to SC, ST & OBC (non-creamy layer) respectively with respect to posts reserved for them. Relaxation in age to Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-Serviceman (Ex-SM) shall be as per Government directives. Upper age limit for PwD candidates is relaxable by 10 years.

Weight: Male - 45 Kgs; Female - 35 Kgs.
Chest Measurement (Expanded): Male - 79 cms; Female - 73 cms.
Chest Measurement (Un-Expanded): Male - 75 cms; Female - 70 cms.
