The Central Railway invites applications from the citizens of India in the prescribed format from eligible and meritorious Scouts 8 Guides candidates for filling up Two posts In Group 'C Category and Eight posts in erstwhile Group 'D’ against Scouts & Guides quota for the year 2013-14. The posts are open to all regardless of Community (UR, SC,ST & OBC).

Examination Fee: Unreserved and OBC candidates is Rs.100/-. The examination fee should be paid in the form of Indian Postal Order from any Post Office drawn in favour of and payable as follows.
Post applied for Group V Central Railway Zonal Quota. APO(RT) Central Railway Mumbai & payable at Mumbai. Posts applied for erstwhile Group 'D' for:
1. Mumbai Division Quota: Sr. DFM Mumbai & payable at Mumbai
2. Bhusawal Division Quota: Sr. DFM Bhusawal & payable al Bhusawal
3. Nagpur Division Quota: Sr.DFM Nagpur & payable at Nagpur.
4. Solapur Division Quota: Sr.DFM Solapur & payable atSolapur.
No fee for SC/ST candidates. Ex-Servicemen, Women candidates. Persons With Disabilities, Minority Candidates, and candidates belonging to Economically Backward Classes" are exempted from payment of examination fees.
Recruitment Process: The recruitment will be based on written test and interview. The Tentative date of Written Examination: 19/10/2013 (Saturday).
How To Apply: Application in the prescribed format shall be submitted on A-4 size good quality paper The application formal should be In English/Hindi language only and the application should be filled In English/Hindi language only. The application should be filled In by the candidate in his/her own handwriting and signed. The candidate has to affix one recent passport size colour photograph (recently taken) on the application In the space provided for the purpose. The candidate is also required to attach one extra passport size photograph along with the application. The last date for receipt of application is 19/08/2013 at 18:00 Hrs (The last date for far flung area candidates – 05/09/2013) at 18:00 Hrs).
