- Source clients and identify new business locations
- Carry out primary verification of client credentials
- Conduct Compulsory Group Training
- Complete data entry in CRIF and CMS
- Accompany the Branch Manager for Group Recognition Test
- Support CSE in pre-disbursement work and ensure disbursement
- Generate demand, follow up for recovery and collect instalments
- Remit collections to the bank and report demand / collection to ABM / BM
- Maintain and file documents
