✅ IOB LBO Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/she is a graduate on the day of registration and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
- Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking the mandatory local language of the State applied for (Tamil / Kannada / Marathi / Gujarati). Candidates who have not studied the local language in 10th/12th standard will have to appear for Language Proficiency Test (LPT).
- Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026): Minimum 20 years and Maximum 30 years (born not earlier than 02.08.1996 and not later than 01.08.2006 – both days inclusive).
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (NCL) – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, Persons affected by 1984 riots / Ex-Servicemen – 5 years (as per Government guidelines).
✅ IOB LBO Salary 2026:
Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – 2,000/7 – 62,480 – 2,340/2 – 67,160 – 2,680/7 – 85,920
DA, HRA, CCA and other allowances as per rules in force. Probation period: 2 years. Selected candidates will have to execute a Financial Service Indemnity Bond of ₹2,00,000 for a minimum service of 3 years.
