Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), Home Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, invites applications for 107 Senior Scientific Assistant (SSA) posts on a contract basis. Eligible candidates must submit applications by 15th May 2025 and attend Walk-in-Interviews from 2nd to 9th June 2025.

✅ Age Limit (as on 15.05.2025):
- Maximum 30 years.
- Relaxation: As per Govt. rules for SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories.
✅ Monthly Salary:
₹ 54,162/- per month for all SSA posts.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
SSA (Biology): Master’s in Zoology/Botany/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Physical Anthropology/Genetics/Forensic Science (with relevant B.Sc. subjects); 2 years’ analytical methods/research experience. Desirable: Doctorate in relevant discipline.
SSA (Chemistry): Master’s in Chemistry/Toxicology/Forensic Science (with Chemistry/Forensic Science at B.Sc.); 2 years’ experience. Desirable: Doctorate.
SSA (Physics): Master’s in Physics/Forensic Science (with Physics/Forensic Science at B.Sc.); 2 years’ experience. Desirable: Doctorate.
SSA (Ballistics): Master’s in Physics/Mathematics/Forensic Science (with Physics/Mathematics/Forensic Science at B.Sc.); 2 years’ experience. Desirable: Doctorate.
SSA (Cyber Forensic): Master’s in Computer Science/Computer Application/IT/Physics (Electronics/Cyber Security) OR B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE; no experience mentioned.
SSA (Photo): Graduate (preferably Science) + Diploma in Photography; 2 years’ photography experience (including scientific photography). Desirable: Diploma in Forensic Photography.
SSA (Lie-Detection): Master’s in Psychology/Criminology/Forensic Science; 2 years’ experience in lie-detection techniques. Desirable: Doctorate.
SSA (Documents): Master’s in Physics/Chemistry/Forensic Science (with relevant B.Sc. subjects); 2 years’ document examination experience. Desirable: Doctorate.
SSA (HRD/QC): Master’s in Forensic Science/HRM/Management; 2 years’ quality control experience. Desirable: Doctorate.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Screening based on FACT exam qualification (last 3 years).
✔️ Walk-in-Interview (02.06.2025 – 09.06.2025, 10:00 AM) at FSL, Sector-14, Rohini, Delhi-110085.
✔️ Bring original and self-attested copies of: Educational certificates (10th onward), FACT certificate, experience certificates, caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), ID proof (Aadhar/Voter ID/DL/Passport/Bank Passbook), 3-year-old bank passbook photo.
✔️ Interview schedule: Physics (02.06.2025), Biology (03.06.2025), Chemistry (04.06.2025), Ballistics/Documents/HRD/QC/Photo/Lie-Detection (05.06.2025), Cyber Forensic (09.06.2025).
