18–37 years for General Category as on 1st January 2025.
Age relaxation for reserved categories (SC/BC/OBC/ESM/PHC) as per Punjab Government and Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court rules.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
✔️ Proficiency in English shorthand (80 W.P.M.) and transcription on computer (20 W.P.M.).
✔️ Proficiency in computer operations (Word Processing and Spreadsheets).
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Shorthand Test (80 W.P.M. in English, transcription at 20 W.P.M. on computer).
✔️ Preference given to retrenched employees of Sessions Divisions of Punjab.
✔️ Final selection based on test performance and scrutiny of applications.
