✅ Pay Scale:
✔️ Initial Stipend: ₹15,000/- per month during training (fresher).
✔️ Post-Training (after passing all certifications): ₹30,000/- per month (1st Year), ₹32,000/- per month (2nd Year), ₹34,000/- per month (3rd Year).
✔️ Additional Benefits: TA/DA for official tours (equivalent to three-tier AC rail fare), PF contribution (₹1,800/- per month), Medical Insurance (up to ₹10,000/- per annum), Gratuity as per Act, 18 Privilege Leaves, 12 Half Pay Leaves, 9 Casual Leaves, 2 Restricted Holidays per year.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit (as on 01.06.2025):
Maximum 27 years. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer).
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
(1) Graduation from a recognized Board/University/Institution with minimum 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS or 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.
(2) Ability to read/speak English, Hindi, and/or conversant with the local language.
(3) Marks to be entered in numeric percentage format (e.g., 60, 70) in the application, not CGPA or other formats.
