- Born between 01/01/2005 and 01/07/2008 (both dates inclusive).
- Upper age limit on date of enrolment: 21 years.
- Marital Status: Unmarried male candidates only.
- Age Relaxation: As per Government of India rules.
IAF Agniveervayu (Sports) Educational Qualifications:
- Science Subjects: 10+2/Equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English; OR 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrumentation Technology/Information Technology) with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English; OR 2-year Vocational Course with Physics and Mathematics with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English.
- Other than Science Subjects: 10+2/Equivalent in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English; OR 2-year Vocational Course with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English.
IAF Agniveervayu (Sports) Mandatory Medical Standards:
- Height: Minimum 152 cm.
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per IAF standards.
- Chest: Minimum circumference 77 cm, expansion at least 5 cm.
- Hearing: Normal hearing, able to hear forced whisper from 6 meters per ear.
- Dental: Healthy gums, good teeth, minimum 14 dental points.
- Visual Standards: 6/12 each eye (correctable to 6/6), Hypermetropia: +2.0 D, Myopia: -1 D, including ±0.50 D Astigmatism, Colour vision: CP-II.
