✅ Stipend:
✔️ Research Associate (RA): ₹ 58,000/- per month + admissible HRA.
✔️ Research Fellow (RF): ₹ 37,000/- per month + admissible HRA.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
RA: Maximum 35 years; RF: Maximum 28 years as on 30/06/2025 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PwBD/Women, 3 years for OBC Non-Creamy Layer).
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
🔬 Research Associate (RA):
(1) Ph.D. in Meteorology/ Atmospheric/ Oceanic Sciences/ Physics/ Maths/ Stats/ Engineering or related fields.
(2) One first-author paper in an SCI journal.
(3) Physics & Maths at Bachelor's level.
📘 Research Fellow (RF):
(1) PG in Physical/ Chemical/ Mathematical Sciences or M.Tech/ Engineering in relevant fields.
(2) Qualified CSIR-UGC NET / UGC NET / ICAR NET / GATE / JEST.
(3) Min. 55% (Gen/OBC), 50% (SC/ST/PwBD) in Master’s.
(4) Physics & Maths at Bachelor's level.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Shortlisting based on eligibility and additional criteria set by the Screening Committee.
✔️ For RF: Written test may be conducted if large number of applications received (marks not counted for final selection).
✔️ Final selection based on performance in the interview.
✔️ Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email with interview call letters.
