Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years as on 10th May 2018. The Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years for Government Servants and SC/ ST/ OBC candidates in accordance with the instructions issued by the Department of Personnel & Training from time to time.
Pay Scale: Level-11 ₹ 67,700 - 2,08,700/- and usual allowances as admissible under Government norms.

MBBS with Post graduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) in General Medicine/ Family Medicine/ Laboratory Medicine/ Social and Preventive Medicine/ Community Medicine/Pediatrics/ Obstetrics and Gynaecology/ Pulmonary Medicine/ Psychiatry/ Biochemistry/ Physiology/ Pathology from a recognized university with one year R&D/teaching experience. (OR) MBBS with Postgraduate diploma in above medical subjects from a recognized university with two years R&D/teaching experience in the above mentioned subjects. (OR) MBBS degree from a recognized university with 4 years R&D/ teaching experience in above mentioned subjects after MBBS Degree. |

Educational Qualifications:
Lab Technician -> High School or equivalent with one year experience in related field from a Government institution or recognized institute or certificate of one year training in the relevant area or ITI or National Trade certificate of National Council for vocational Training and DMLT successful completion of ATS in relevant trade from a Government recognized board.

Essential Qualification: MBBS degree recognized by MCI.
Desirable Qualification:
(1) M.D in Medicine/ Pediatrics/ Preventive & Social Medicine/ Pulmonary Medicine / Pharmacology/ Psychiatry/ Community & Family Medicine or MPH from a recognized University.
(2) Additional post doctoral research/ teaching experience in relevant subjects in recognized institute(s).
(3) Knowledge of Computer Application.
Application Fee: A Crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) for ₹ 500/- payable to the Director, RMRC, Bhubaneswar. SC/ST/ Physically Handicapped (PH) and women candidates are exempted from the application fee. IPOs are payable by all other candidates including ICMR employee.
