Educational Qualifications:
CFO -> Post Graduate Degree in Commerce/CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) from a recognized and reputed university. Minimum 2 Years Experience.
Company Secretary -> Degree in Commerce/Law from a recognized & reputed university and should possess professional qualification of membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. Minimum 4 Years Experience.
Dy. Chief Finance Officer -> Degree in Commerce/CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) from a recognized and reputed university or its equivalent. Minimum 4 Years Experience.
Assistant General Manager (Finance) -> Degree in Commerce/CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) from a recognized and reputed university or its equivalent. Minimum 5 Years Experience.
Assistant General Manager (HR) -> Degree and MPM/MBA (HR/Personnel) from a recognized and reputed university or its equivalent. Minimum 5 Years Experience.
Assistant General Manager (PR) -> Post Graduate in Mass communication and Journalism from a recognized and reputed university or its equivalent. Minimum 5 Years Experience.
Assistant General Manager (Environment) -> Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering from a recognized and reputed university or its equivalent. Minimum 5 Years Experience.
Assistant General Manager/ Executive Engineer (Civil) -> Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized and reputed university or its equivalent. Minimum 5 Years Experience.
Community Development Officer (CDO) -> Masters Degree in Social Work from a recognized and reputed university or its equivalent. Minimum 5 Years Experience.
Dy. Engineers (Civil) -> Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized and reputed university or its equivalent.
Dy.Engineer (Electrical) -> Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized and reputed university or its equivalent.
Dy.Engineer (Environment) / Assistant Manager (Environment) -> Post Graduate in environmental Engineering/M.Sc. in Environment from a recognized and reputed or its equivalent.
Assistant Manager (Finance) -> Degree in Commerce/CA/ ICWA/MBA (Finance) from a recognized and reputed university or its equivalent.
Office Assistant (HR) -> Graduate from a recognized and reputed university. Diploma in Personnel Management is desirable.
Community Development Assistants (CDA) -> Masters Degree in Social Work from a recognized and reputed university or its equivalent.
Junior Assistant cum Computer Operator -> Graduate from a recognized and reputed university or its equivalent and should posses MS-CIT.
