Qualification and Experience:
Assistant Director Youth Welfare:
(1) Good Academic Record with at least 55% marks in Master’s Degree from a recognized Indian University or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed or an equivalent Degree from an Accredited Foreign University.
(2) At least 10 years of teaching experience in the pay scale of Assistant Professor on regular basis.
(3) Aptitude and experience in organizing the Youth Welfare and Cultural Activities in the Educational Institution and capacity to build Youth Leadership and arranging Social Camps.
(4) Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric/ 10th Standard.
Supervisor Youth Welfare:
(1) Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of “B” in UGC grade from a recognized Institution /university or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
(2) At least 05 years of experience as Assistant Registrar or an equivalent post.
(3) Should have good knowledge of working on computer.
(4) Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric/ 10th Standard.
XEN:
(1) B.Tech./BE in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university approved by AICTE.
(2) 10 years’ experience as SDO/Assistant Engineer in a UGC recognized University/ Institutions/ Govt./ Aided/ affiliated Colleges/ Public Sector Undertakings.
(3) The candidate should have fair knowledge of working on Computers with Proficiency in MS Office. (4) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
Professor:
(1) An eminent scholar with Ph.D qualification(s) in the concerned /allied/ relevant/related discipline and published work of high quality actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications in Refereed Journals.
(2) The Ph.D. Degree shall be a mandatory qualification for the appointment of Professors.
(3) A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in University/College, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions//industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.
(4) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses and technology-mediated teaching learning process.
(5) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) as mentioned in the advertisement.
Associate Professor:
(1) Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned /allied /relevant disciplines.
(2) The Ph.D. Degree shall be a mandatory qualification for all candidates to be appointed as Associate Professor through direct recruitment.
(3) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).
(4) A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and /or research in an academic /research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/Industry excluding the period of Ph.D research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications as books and /or research papers in refereed journals only/policy papers.
(5) Contribution to educations innovation, design of new curricula and courses and technology- mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students.
(6) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), set out in this notification in as mentioned in the advertisement.
