Chief Manager (Technical) / Associate Professor / Principal Scientist -> M.E./M.Tech with 11 years experience in the Polymer Technology field or Ph.D in Polymer Engineering/Science/Technology with 9 years experience in training and Should have suitable administrative/ teaching experience in Research/Training/Educational Institutions of repute.
Chief Manager (Personnel, Admin & Finance) - Non-Technical -> Graduate with ICWA/SAS (Commercial) / PG Diploma in Finance/Personnel (2 Years), with 15 Years experience (or) Post Graduate / MBA (Finance/ Personnel), with ICWA/SAS/ PG Dip. In Mgmt. (2 Years) / LLB/BL with 10 years experience.
