    Minimum 21 years for all the posts.
    Maximum 37 years for Assistant Engineer (Industries), Librarian and Foreman posts.

    Educational Qualifications:

    ✔️ Assistant Engineer: B.E. Engineering Graduate in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical and other required discipline or relevant engineering branch.

    ✔️ Agricultural Officer: Degree in Agriculture and Must possess adequate knowledge of Tamil.

    NCERT Recruitment 2024 of 60 Assistant Editors, 60 Proof Readers and 50 DTP Operators. The Public Division of NCERT is set to conduct a Skill Test for the recruitment of Assistant Editor, Proof Reader, and DTP Operators on a purely contract basis. These positions may be extended for an additional year. The tentative date for the screening and registration of candidates is 1st February 2024.

    NCERT Recruitment Age Limit:

    NCERT Recruitment Salary:

    Assistant Editor: ₹ 80,000/- per month.
    Proof Reader: ₹ 37,000/- per month.
    DTP Operator: ₹ 50,000/- per month.

    NCERT Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

    Assistant Editor: A Bachelor degree + Post Graduate Diploma in Book Publishing/ Mass Communication/ Journalism, where editing is one of the subjects + At least 5 year experience in editing, producing-planning and supervising publications especially school textbooks, monographs and reports in a responsible capacity + Knowledge of books production techniques, modern process of printing, typography and should be proficient in English/ Hindi/ Urdu.
     
    Proof Reader: A Bachelor degree either in English/ Hindi/ Urdu + At least 01 year experience of working in a Printing or Publishing organization as Copy Holder/ Proof Reader + Working knowledge of Computer.
     
    DTP Operator: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline + 01 year Diploma certificate Course in Desk Top Publishing + Minimum 03 years relevant experience + Proficiency in In-design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Equation Editor, Microsoft word, including Excel & Page-maker + Proficiency in typing both in Hindi and English.

    Legal Specialist: Bachelor Degree in law with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST category) from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government. (OR) Master degree in law from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government. 3 Years’ experience as a practicing lawyer (2 years for SC / ST Candidates) is preferable. The candidate must be registered with Bar Council of India.

    Accounts / Finance Specialist: Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) or B.Com. with 60% marks (55% for SC / ST category) from a recognized University (OR) M.Com. from a recognized University.

    Company Secretary: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates ,55% for SC/ST candidates and candidates should have passed the Final examination of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

    Actuary: Bachelor degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Actuarial Science or any other quantitative discipline with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST category) from a recognized University (OR) Master degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Actuarial Science or any other quantitative discipline from a recognized University.

    Doctor: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST category) from a recognized University. The candidate must be registered with Indian Medical Association Further the candidates should have finished internship under MBBS degree on or before 31-03-2023.
