- CEO – INSPIRE: Section 8 Incubation Centre (Contract) – 01 Post (UR) – Consolidated Emoluments ₹45,000 – 1,00,000/-
- Assistant Student Counsellor (Regular/Contract) – 01 Post (NC-OBC) – Pay Level-8 (Entry Pay ₹47,600/-)
- Wellness Coordinator (Regular/Contract) – 01 Post (UR) – Pay Level-4 (Entry Pay ₹25,500/-)
- Management Trainee, Management Trainee–IT, Management Trainee cum Counsellor (Clinical/Counselling Psychology), Library Trainee, Accounts Trainee, Yoga Trainee (Contract) – Pool of suitable candidates – Consolidated Stipend ₹20,000–35,000/-

✅ IIM Bodh Gaya Non Faculty Age Limit:
- CEO – INSPIRE: Preferred 45 to 55 years.
- Assistant Student Counsellor: Upper age limit 40 years.
- Wellness Coordinator: Upper age limit 35 years.
- All Trainee posts: Upper age limit 30 years.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/NC-OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen as per Central Government rules. Cut-off date: 07 November 2026.
✅ IIM Bodh Gaya Non Faculty Eligibility Criteria:
- CEO – INSPIRE: Post-Graduate degree (preferably MBA) with at least 55% marks and minimum 5 years post-qualification relevant experience in Innovation, Incubation Centres and Entrepreneurship.
- Assistant Student Counsellor: Master’s in Clinical Psychology with 55% marks and 5 years relevant experience (including 2 years counselling) OR Master’s in Psychology with Diploma in Mental/Social Psychology and 5 years experience (including 3 years counselling).
- Wellness Coordinator: Master’s in Clinical Psychology with 55% marks OR Master’s in Psychology with Diploma in Mental/Social Psychology, with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in psychological counselling.
- Management Trainee: Master’s degree preferably in Management with minimum 60% marks. Management Trainee–IT: Master’s in Computer Science/IT (preferably M.Tech.) with 60% marks. Management Trainee cum Counsellor: Master’s in Clinical/Counselling Psychology with minimum 55% marks and at least 3 years experience. Library Trainee: Master’s in Library and Information Science with 60% marks. Accounts Trainee: Master Degree in Commerce with minimum 55% marks. Yoga Trainee: Graduation/Post Graduation preferably in Yogic Science with minimum 6 months experience. Graduate Trainee: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks and proficiency in MS Office and English communication.
- All qualifications from UGC recognised University/Deemed University or AICTE approved institution. Relevant experience preferred in institutes of repute.
