✅ BPCL BPRL Mid/Senior Level Pay Scale & Emoluments

Selected candidates will be placed in appropriate E2 to E8 grades as per experience and performance. Approximate CTC at the minimum of the pay scale is as under:

Age Limit (as on 01.04.2026):

  • Maximum 50 years for General/EWS candidates
  • Relaxation as per Presidential Directives for OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen
  • Maximum age after all relaxations shall not exceed 55 years

Educational Qualification (common for key roles):

  • Exploration / Asset Manager: B.E./B.Tech in any discipline (60% marks) OR M.Sc in Geosciences (60% marks). PG in Engineering / MBA / PGDM desirable.
  • Reservoir Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Petroleum / Chemical Engineering (60% marks).

Work Experience (as on 01.04.2026):

  • Exploration: Minimum 10 years (5 years in Exploration/Reservoir Management)
  • Asset Manager: Minimum 7 years (5 years in Production/Asset Management)
  • Reservoir Engineer: Minimum 7 years in Upstream Reservoir Engineering
