✔️ Chief Security Officer (TEG/S-VI): ₹ 1,40,500 – ₹ 1,56,500/- per month
✔️ Company Secretary (SMG/S-IV): ₹ 1,02,300 – ₹ 1,20,940/- per month
✔️ Company Secretary (SMG/S-V): ₹ 1,20,940 – ₹ 1,35,020/- per month
✅ Bank of Baroda Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit (as on 01.06.2025):
✔️ Chief Security Officer: Minimum 45 years, Maximum 55 years
✔️ Company Secretary: Minimum 32 years, Maximum 45 years
✔️ Age Relaxation (for Company Secretary only):

✔️ Ex-Servicemen/Commissioned Officers: 5 years

✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Chief Security Officer:
(1) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
(2) Retired officials with rank of Brigadier or above (Army), Commodore or above (Navy), Air Commodore or above (Air Force), or Deputy Inspector General or above (Police/Para-Military Services) OR 3 years’ experience in SMG/S-V or above as Security Specialist with 15 years’ total experience in Public Sector Banks.
Company Secretary:
(1) Mandatory: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
(2) Preferable: L.L.M., C.A., or I.C.W.A.
(3) Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in a listed entity after obtaining ICSI membership.
✅ Bank of Baroda Selection Process:
✔️ Shortlisting based on qualifications, experience, and suitability.
✔️ Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview, or other tests (e.g., Psychometric Test) as deemed suitable by the Bank.
✔️ Minimum qualifying marks for GD/Interview: 60% for General category.
✅ Bank of Baroda Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 850/- (inclusive of GST) + Payment Gateway Charges for General, EWS, and OBC candidates.
