✔️ Scientific Officer (D): Pay Level-11, Pay Stage-1, TME: ₹ 1,46,405/- per month.
✔️ Project Scientific Officer (C): ₹ 1,00,600/- per month.
✔️ Project Junior Engineer (B): ₹ 62,200/- per month.
✔️ Administrative Assistant (B): Pay Level-06, Pay Stage-1, TME: ₹ 71,070/- per month.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
Maximum 35 years for Scientific Officer (D) posts, 28 years for Project Scientific Officer (C) and Project Junior Engineer (B) posts, and 33 years for Administrative Assistant (B) as on 01/01/2025. Age relaxation as per GoI rules for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD candidates.
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Scientific Officer (D) - IT (01 post):
(1) M.E./M.Tech in ECE/CSE/IT with 60% marks.
(2) 2 years’ experience in managing large-scale campus IT infrastructure.
Scientific Officer (D) - Optics/Lasers/Photonics (01 post):
(1) M.E./M.Tech or Ph.D. in Optics/Lasers/Photonics with 60% marks.
(2) 2 years’ experience with intense lasers and femtosecond systems.
Scientific Officer (D) - Physics/Instrumentation/Electronics (01 post):
(1) M.E./M.Tech or Ph.D. in Physics/Instrumentation/Electronics with 60% marks.
(2) 2 years’ experience in semiconductor fabrication and cleanroom operations.
Scientific Officer (D) - Electronics (01 post):
(1) M.E./M.Tech or Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering/Physics with 60% marks.
(2) 2 years’ experience in electronics design and prototyping.
Project Scientific Officer (C) (01 post):
(1) M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Medical Science or B.E./B.Tech with 60% marks.
(2) 1 year’s experience in R&D team or grant management.
Project Junior Engineer (B) - Civil (02 posts):
(1) Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.

Administrative Assistant (B) (01 post):
