- Assistant Professor (Regular): Pay Level 12, Basic ₹1,01,500/- + DA, HRA, and Transport Allowance (TRA) as per prevailing rates. Adheres to Seventh Pay Commission scales for IITs and IIMs.
- Contractual (Less than 3 years experience): Entry at Pay Level 10 Cell No. 8 (₹70,900/-); moves to Level 11 Cell No. 3 (₹73,100/-) after 1 year.
- Visiting Fellow (Submitted Ph.D. or Fresh Ph.D.): Consolidated ₹1,19,493/- per month, tenure up to 2 years.
