Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) is conducting a Special Drive to engage Apprentice Trainees under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). A total of 134 vacancies are available for Engineering Graduates, Diploma holders and General Stream Graduates who passed out during 2021 to 2025.
The KRCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 (Notification No. CO/APPR/2026/01) selection will be based on merit followed by Document Verification scheduled between 24 August and 28 August 2026 at Navi Mumbai. The selection will be conducted as follows:

Preference Order:
- First preference to Land Loser candidates of Konkan Railway Project
- Second preference to candidates belonging to KRCL jurisdiction districts (Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg – Maharashtra; North & South Goa; Uttara Kannada, Udupi, Dakshina Kannada – Karnataka)
In case of equal marks, older age candidate will be preferred. If age is also same, earlier matriculation passer will be selected.
✅ KRCL Apprentice 2026 Stipend:
- Graduate Apprentices: ₹12,300 per month (₹6,150 GoI + ₹6,150 KRCL)
- Diploma (Technician) Apprentices: ₹10,900 per month (₹5,450 GoI + ₹5,450 KRCL)
Stipend is paid through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

There is no online application form. Eligible candidates must attend Document Verification as per the schedule. Follow these steps:
- Step 1: Register yourself on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal and obtain a valid approved NATS ID.
- Step 2: Ensure you have passed the required qualification in 2021–2025 and meet the age criteria.
- Step 3: Download the detailed notification and prepare all original documents along with self-attested photocopies.
- Step 4: Report at the venue (Navi Mumbai) on the scheduled date between 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs only for Document Verification.
- Step 5: Carry original certificates, NATS ID, caste certificate (if applicable), land loser documents (if applicable) and other required papers.
Note: Candidates reporting after 12:00 hrs will not be entertained. Land loser and local jurisdiction candidates will get preference.
