✔️ Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’): ₹ 44,500 - 89,150/- (17 years); Gross emoluments approximately ₹ 1,57,000/- per month, including NPS contribution, Grade Allowance, Dearness Allowance, and other allowances as per PFRDA rules.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Phase I (Online Screening): Two papers (100 marks each): Paper 1 (English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, 60 min); Paper 2 (Stream-specific MCQs, 40 min). Negative marking (1/4th marks).
✔️ Phase II (Online Exam): Two papers (100 marks each): Paper 1 (English Descriptive, 60 min); Paper 2 (Stream-specific MCQs, 40 min). Negative marking for Paper 2. Paper 1 evaluated only if Paper 2 is cleared.
✔️ Phase III (Interview): Conducted in Hindi/English. Final selection based on Phase II (85% weightage) + Interview (15% weightage).
