Consultancy Fee:
| (1) Fee in case of retired Government officials/ other Individuals , shall be fixed based on out puts subject to maximum of ₹ 1,00,000/- PM (negotiable). |

Salary: ₹ 1.5 lakh per month (consolidated) plus unfurnished family accommodation and conveyance for official purpose.
Qualification and Experience:
Port HR Specialist ->
(1) Essential - Post-Graduation in any discipline with 15 years relevant experience in the field of Personnel Management, Labour Welfare and Industrial Relations or Legal Affairs in Ports/ PSUs/ Govt. Organizations.
(2) Preferable - MBA or P.G. Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare would be preferred.
Transport Economist ->
(1) Post Graduate degree in Economics or Commerce or Management. Preference will be given to those who possess Degree/ Diploma in Transport Economics.
(2) Experience – More than 15 years in research, Analysis & project management, preferably in Port & Maritime Sector, knowledge in traffic forecasting , Business Development etc.
Engineering Expert ->
(1) B.Tech (Civil Engineering). Preference will be given to those who possess degree in M. Tech (Harbour Engineering/ Structural Engineering).
(2) Experience – More than 15 years in research, Analysis & project Management, preferably in Port & Maritime Sector, knowledge in traffic forecasting, Business Development.

Educational Qualification and Experience:
