✅ Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Desirable - Persons with M.Phil, M.Tech, M.S., LLM, Ph.D., additional qualifications, research experience, published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant field.
✔️ Distinguished Fellows: Persons of eminence with significant academic / corporate / technical / government experience who have special knowledge or leadership skills in sector / areas of relevant to governance and development.
