Educational Qualifications:
Food Process Engineering/ Agri. Process -> Doctoral Degree in Post Harvest Technology/ Food Technology/ Food Engineering or Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
specialized in Food Process Engineering.
Bio Chemistry -> Doctoral Degree in Bio-Chemistry or similar qualification preferably with academic work pertaining to Food Processing.
Eligibility:
(1) 10 years experience in a Research / Teaching / Extension education provided 3 years experience is as a Associate Professor GP Rs.9,000/- (Rs.12,000-18,300) or in an equivalent position.
(2) Evidence of contribution to Research / Teaching / Extension education as supported by published work / innovations.
(3) Specialization in the post harvest technology.
