Federal Bank Recruitment Process for admission to Federal Manipal School of Banking (FMSB) & Federal NIIT School of Banking (FNSB). Federal Bank, a leading Private Sector Bank is looking for aspiring, young, talented and dynamic personnel for admission to the next batch of Federal Manipal School of Banking and to the first batch of its newly instituted Federal NIIT School of Banking. Probationary Officers

18 to 24 years as on 01.07.2015 i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1991 and not later than 01.07.1997 (both dates inclusive)

Probation Period: Candidates absorbed as Probationary Officers on successful completion of the Post Graduate Diploma Course will be on probation for a minimum continuous period of 1 year.

Courses:

Federal Manipal School of Banking -> Candidates selected to the Federal Manipal School of Banking (FMSB) are offered a 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course at the FMSB, Bangalore, and on successful completion of the same are absorbed as Probationary Officers in the Bank.

Federal NIIT School of Banking -> Candidates selected to the Federal NIIT School of Banking are offered a 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Relationship Management at NIIT Campus, Neemrana. On successful completion of the course, the candidates will be absorbed as Probationary Officer (Personal Banking) in the Bank and will spearhead the relationship banking & sales portfolios of the Bank.

Minimum Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from any recognized university or other institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of U G C Act, 1956. Should have obtained minimum 60% marks for SSC or equivalent exam & Plus 2 or equivalent exam.

Selection Process: Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview

Application Fee: ₹ 600/- for General / OBC; ₹ 300/- for SC / ST. No fee for staff candidates. The payment can be made only through online Mode by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
