Educational Qualification & Experience:
Rogi Sahayata Kendra Operator ->
(1) Graduate degree in Social Science from a reputed Institution/ University.
(2) At least one year of experience in the development sector, preferably with exposure to public health and/or public health projects.
Block Community Process Managers ->
(1) Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, or any of the Social Sciences, or Bachelors in Rural Development/ Business Administration/ Business Management, with two years’ experience in community work/ health projects;
(2) Familiarity with or experience of having worked in community health programmes, or in empowerment of health volunteers, or NGO health projects, or in involvement of PRIs in health projects;
(3) Sensitivity to and knowledge and experience of working on issues relating to the monitoring of health projects, as well as coordination and cooperation between Govt. and NGOs in health programmes, at the grass-roots level.
Rogi Sahayata Kendra Manager ->
(1) Applicants should have post graduate qualification in Social Science from a reputed Institution/ University.
(2) Applicants must have at least three years of experience in the development sector, preferably with exposure to public health and/or public health projects.
