Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank (MBGB Bank) invites applications from Indian citizens (who have qualified IBPS RRBs CWE Exam September/ October 2014) for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale III), Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Educational Qualifications:
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) ->
(1) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
(2) Essential - Proficiency in local language.
(3) Desirable - Knowledge of Computer skills.
Officer Scale-I ->
(1) Degree in am discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law,Economics and Accountancy;
(2) Proficiency in local language;
(3) Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.
Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer) ->
(1) Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/' Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equialent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
(2) Two years as an officer in a Bank or Banking Financial Institution and still working in that institution.
Officer Scale-III ->
(1) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
(2) Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, law, Economics and Accountancy.
(3) Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Banking Financial Institutions and still working in that institution.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates (based on IBPS Score) called for Personal Interview.
