Staff Selection Commission (SSC) North Eastern Region (NER) invites applications form eligible candidates for recruitment of Library Clerk for fill up One Vacancy. The last date for submission of application is 22nd December 2014.

Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with a Certificate Course in Library Science (One Year's course after Matriculation) with three Years Experience in a Library / Documentation Centre.

Examination Fee: Rs.50/- should be payable in the form of CRFS (Central Recruitment Fee Stamp) available in Major post Offices. No fee for Women. Physically Handicapped, SC, ST and Ex-Serviceman Candidates.

How To Apply: Applications must be submitted in prescribed application format (Published in Employment News / Rozgar Samachar dated 22/11/2014). Completed Applications along with following documents should be submitted to the Regional Director, SSC, North Eastern Region latest by 22/12/2014 (till 5.00 P.M). Detailed Notification also available in Employment News Paper Dated 22/11/2014 (Page No 6 and 7).

(a) Central Recruitment Fee Stamps of Rs.50/- affixed and clearly cancelled on the application form.
(b) One recent passport size photograph to be pasted on the application
(c) Two self-addressed envelopes of 12 cms x 25 cms size, one of which
should be affixed with postage stamps worth Rs.6/-.
(d) Documents in support of claim of SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-S.
(e) Self attested copies of certificates and mark statements pertaining to all the years showing age and educational qualifications. Any wrong attestation so as to mislead the Commission or to gain access to the recruitment would lead to criminal/debar action against the candidate, besides cancellation of the candidature. All original certificates will be checked at the time of Personality Test/Skill Test, as the case may be, and the candidature is subject to the result of such scrutiny.
(f) Documents in support of claim of age relaxation (for categories not covered in item (d) above).
(g) Self attested copies of experience certificates.
