Ordnance Factory, Chanda invites prescribed application format from interested and qualified fresh Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders for practical training for one year during 2014-2015 in Mechanical, Electrical and Civil discipline under the Apprentice Act, 1961. The last date for submission of application is 24th December 2014.

Eligibility:
(1) Having scored minimum 57% marks or above in the Final Year Degree/Diploma in Engineering/ Technology awarded by a statutory University. However the selection will be made on the basis of merit of marks obtained in the Final Year Examination of Degree/Diploma.
(2) Should not have Training or Job Experience of a period of One Year or more after attainment of the qualification.
(3) Should not have completed more than 3 years after obtaining the Degree/Diploma.
How To Apply: Interested candidates apply in prescribed application format along with attestation copies of required certificates (Date of Birth (SSLC), Marksheet(s) Degree/Diploma, SC/ST/OBC). One Photograph should be affixed in the application format duly signed by the applicant at the front side of the photograph.

Educational Qualifications:
Teacher (Primary) -> Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) (OR) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2 year Diploma in1 Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations; 2002 (OR) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) (OR) Graduation-and two year Diplorna in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
Supervisor (Non-Technical) -> Degree in any subject from a recognized University. Desirable - Should have "O" level certificate as per Department of Electronics Accredition Committee Certificate.
Store Keeper -> 10+2. Desirable - Basic knowledge of computer application having "O" revel certificate as per Department of Electronics Accredition Committee Certificate (DOEACC).
LDC -> 12th Class br equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. Skill Test Norms 'only on Computers'. A typing speed of thirty-five words per minute in English or thirty words per minute in Hindi on computer (Thirty-five words per minute and thirty words per rrtinute correspbnd to ten thousand and five hundred key depressions per Hour or nine thousand key depressions p6r Hour on an average of five key depressions for each word).
Telephone Operator -> Class XII pass. Proficiency in handling of PBX Board and Electronics Exchanges.
Cook -> Matric Pass with one year epxerience in the grade.
Fireman (Male) -> Matriculation. Must have completed basic course on elementary fire fighting from a recognized institute.
Durwan -> Matriculation or equivalent examinations pass. Desirable - Ex-Servicemen, Three years service as Home Guard/Civil Defence Volunteer and training in at least basic and refresher courses in Home Guard and Civil Defence.
MTS -> Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or University or equivalent.
Important Dates:
1). Filling of on-line applications will start TEN days after publication in Employment News.
2). Last date of application on on-line system - For example, if the full Text Advertisement is displayed on the Factory's Internet Website on 25th June, then the Closing Date for submission of Online Application on the Factory's Website shall be 17th July.
3). Last date of receipt of Application Form in Ordnance Factory Chanda is 10 days after the submission of on-line application.
