✔️ Group 'C' Posts: Pay Level 2 Basic Pay ₹ 19900/-
✔️ Erstwhile Group 'D' Posts: Pay Level 1 Basic Pay ₹ 18000/-
East Central Railway Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Group 'C' Posts: Matric with 12th (+2) Pass or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks from any recognized board (OR) Course Completed ACt Apprentices / ITI Pass (For Artisans in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and S&T departments).
✔️ Erstwhile Group 'D' Posts: 10th Pass or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCBT (For Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and S&T Departments).
East Central Railway Scouts and Guides Qualification:
(1) A President Scout/ Guide/ Rover/ Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder in any section.(2) Should have been an active member of Scouts Organization for the last 05 years. No one can be a member of two State Associations at the same time or simultaneously.
(3) Should have attended two events at National Level OR All Indian Railways Level.
(4) Should have attended two events at State Level.

About ECR Railway Exam:
The written test will consist of 40 objective questions (40 marks) & 1 essay type question (20 marks) relating to Scouts and Guides Organization and its activities and General knowledge for Pay Level-2, Basic pay 219900/- and Pay Level-1, Basic pay 218000/-. Objective questions will be with four optional answers and 1/3rd marks will be deducted for each wrong answer/deemed wrong answer.
East Central Railway Recruitment 2023 Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 500/- per candidates for General / OBC.
✔️ ₹ 250/- for SC, ST, Women, Ex-Servicemen, Minorities, PwD.
✔️ The fee should be paid through online mode.

➢ Eligible candidates should apply in prescribed application format neatly typed or hand written either in English or Hindi on a A-4 size paper and should be filled in own hand writing. One recent passport size photograph in full Scout / GUide uniform duly signed to be pasted on the application form.
