Educational Qualifications:

General Manager (Technical) -> B.Tech / B.E in Textile Technology or equivalent from a National level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities for appointment to senior positions. Minimum 16 years of post qualification relevant experience, out of which at least 4 years in senior management level as a head of the department of a reasonably sized organization of Textile Industry.

Dy.General Manager (Technical) -> B.Tech/B.E / in Textile Technology or equivalent, or Diploma in Textile Technology from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities for appointment to senior positions. Minimum 14 yrs of post qualification relevant experience for B.E. / B.Tech(Textile Technology) or euivalent /15yrs for Diploma holders in (Textile Technology) out of which at least 2 years in senior management level in textile industry.

Dy. General Manager (Retail Marketing) -> MBA (Marketing) or equivalent with specialization in Marketing from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities for appointment to senior positions. Minimum 14 yrs of post  qualification relevant experience out of  which at least 2 years in senior management level in the field of Marketing.

Dy General Manager (Human Resource) -> MBA (HR) or equivalent  with specialization in HR / Personnel Management from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities for appointment to senior positions. Minimum 14 yrs of post qualification relevant experience out of  which at least 2 years in senior management level. Experience in similar industry will be preferred.

Dy. General Manager (Finance) -> CA/ICWA/MBA Finance or equivalent with specialization in Finance from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities for appointment to senior positions. Minimum 14 yrs of post qualification relevant experience out of which  at least  2 years in senior management level. Experience in similar industry will be preferred.

Sr. Manager (Technical) -> B.Tech/ B.E in Textile Technology or equivalent or Diploma in Textile Technology from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities. 10 years of post-qualification  relevant  experience for B.E./B. Tech and 12 years for diploma holders with experience in Textile industry.

Joint Manager (IT) -> B.Tech/ B.E (Computers science) or equivalent from a National level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities. Minimum 5 yrs of post qualification relevant experience. Experience in similar industry will be preferred.

Sr. Manager (Legal) -> LLB. From a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities. LLM will be given preference. Minimum 10 years post qualification relevant  experience. Experience in similar industry will be preferred.

Joint Manager (Legal) -> LLB. From a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities. LLM will be given preference. Minimum 5 yrs of post qualification relevant  experience. Experience in similar industry will be preferred.

General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Technical Textile) -> B. Tech/B.E (Textile Technology / Chemical Engineering ) from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities for appointment to senior positions. Minimum 16 yrs of post qualification relevant experience for GM positions /14 yrs of post qualification relevant experience for DGM positions out of which at least 5 years in senior management level in technical textile area.
