Eligibility:
(a) Must have at least passed Class VIII Examination or equivalent examination (Matric) from a recognized Institution.
(b) Be able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed at least a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
(c) Be of good character.
(d) Be of sound health, good physique and free from organic or bodily infirmity.
(e) Must not have more than one spouse living, if married.
(f) Must not be an accused or convict in any criminal proceeding involving moral turpitude.
Selection Process: Written Competitive Examination (60 Marks) and Viva-Voce (40 Marks); Duration - 1:30 Hours.
