Educational Qualifications:
Jr. Clerk/ Jr. Typist/ Stenographer Gr. III ->
(a) Must have passed at least +2 examination conducted by the Council constituted under Section - 3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act. 1982 or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/Board/University, as the case may be.
(b) Must have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
(c) Must have passed a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in Type Writing. (for the post of Jr. Typist).
(d) Must have possessed a minimum speed of 80 words in short hand and 40 words in Type Writing per minute. (For the Post of Stenographer Gr. III).
Driver ->
(a) The candidate must have passed class VIII examination in any of the recognized educational institution.
(b) Must have a valid L.M.V. driving licence with three years experience in driving.
Group D ->
(a) The candidate must have passed class VIII examination in any of the recognized educational institute.
(b) Must have Elementary Knowledge in Oriya and English.
Eligibility:
(a) Must be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a Test in Oriya equivalent to M.E. standard.
(b) Must be of good character.
(c) Must not have more than one spouse living, if married.
Selection Process: Written Test and Practical Skill Test. Only successful candidates in the written examination shall be called for the test of Computer Science (Practical) and the candidates qualified in the said test shall be eligible for Viva Voce test.
Application Fee: Treasury Challan in Original showing deposit of Rs. 100/- under the proper Head of account (No fee for SC/ST Candidates).
How To Apply: Applications (Prescribed format) along with the required documents and attested copies of certificates duly signed by the candidates shall be sent to the 'District Judge, Nuapada' by Registered Post/Speed Post so as to reach in the office of the District Judge positively by 05/09/2014.
