✔️ DGM: Not more than 63 years
✔️ AGM: Not more than 60 years
MPRDC Recruitment Salary:
✔️ For DGM: ₹ 75,000/- + CPI.
✔️ For AGM: ₹ 50,000/- + CPI.
MPRDC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Deputy General Manager:
(1) B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Graduate in Civil Engineering from AICTE approved Institute.
(2) Minimum 15 years experience, especially in the field of Road Projects.
(3) Retired from the similar post of EE or AE in Government / PSUs.
✔️ Assistant General Manager:
(1) B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Graduate in Civil Engineering from AICTE approved Institute.
(2) Currently working on the similar post.
(3) Minimum 05 years experience, especially in the field of Road Project.

✔️ Deputy General Manager:
(1) B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Graduate in Civil Engineering from AICTE approved Institute.

(3) Preference will be given to the candidate from NLUs.
